Our first Recovery With Our Community event in 2024 at Charis Park was a beautiful reminder of the power of connection and shared purpose. Hosted by the San Antonio iaedp Chapter, the event brought together individuals, families, providers, and supporters for an afternoon of healing-focused activities, education, and community-building.

Through generous participation and donations, we were able to raise over $2,000 to support our annual Community Treatment Scholarship, helping increase access to care for those in need.

This inaugural gathering set the foundation for what has become a meaningful tradition—bringing our city together to celebrate hope, raise awareness, and expand pathways to recovery.
